Rated on a scale of 1-5. 1 being very poor and 5 being excellent.
Most of the other Residents
are relatively unfriendly, but
there are a handful of amazing
residents. The Leasing office
staff is mostly friendly, but
it seems to be changing often,
and the new addition are not
motivated to be overly
friendly. The maintenance
staff is absolutely amazing,
and I think the best part
about this apartment.

Quite, good location, public
transportation available

The apartments are really
nice, but the increases in
rent each time you renew a
lease can be a little steep.
Parking is hard to come by

For apartment living, it's the
best I've experiened, and it
definitely doesn't feel like
apartment living most of the
time.

It's a great community to
live, There are only a few
things I would want different,
but it might be enought to
make me not live there
anymore.
1. you aren't allowed anything
on the balconies. I can
understand trash..etc. But my
bike? I have no place for it
now. I am not locking up a
$500 bike outside. That just
can't happen.
2. Aren't allowed Grills.
Most will let you have the
ones with the little camping
propane...but we can't have
any. The grills that are for
community usage are always out
of propane when you want to
use it.
3. There should be a dog run.
Instead of free for all.
There are way too many dogs in
the complex, and no where for
just the humans to be. I
can't take my nephew out to
play ball because he "might"
step in doo doo.
Other than these three
things...it is a good
community...I love the
tanning...and exercise
room...I wish the clubhouse
was able to be reserved for
parties.
Thanks!
